About Us

Newly Renovated

We have all sizes of condos and/or full building rentals to accommodate your needs!

- Available condo's include several 2 bedroom, several 3 bedroom, several 4 bedroom and even a full building 8 bedroom or 10 bedroom for groups. Unit 5/6 is a 3br with a bonus 1br efficiency (separate entrance).

- All units have a full kitchen (except efficiency (unit 6) which has a small refrigerator / microwave kitchenette and rents primarily along with Unit 5)

- The 9th & 10th Street Beach Houses (Bayside and just blocks to the beach) have balcony / porch areas to enjoy the beautiful beach weather, onsite (parking pass) and street parking and coin operated laundry on site

Amenities

All Units have WIFI, flat screen TV's and cable. New for 2022 we have added smart TV's in the bedrooms (Cable TV in Living Rooms).

9th Street & 10th Street Beach Houses have on site coin operated laundry, private porches and parking with passes on site as well as street parking available.
