About Us

We have all sizes of condos and/or full building rentals to accommodate your needs!


- Available condo's include a 4 bedroom, a 3 bedroom, a 1 bedroom..... and even a full building 8 bedroom for groups. Unit 5/6 is our 4 bedroom unit.... a 3br with a bonus 1br efficiency (separate entrance).  


- All units have a full kitchen (except efficiency (unit 6) which has a small refrigerator / microwave kitchenette and rents primarily along with Unit 5)


- The 10th Street Beach House (Bayside and just blocks to the beach) has balconies on each level to enjoy the beautiful beach weather, street parking and coin operated laundry on site


Amenities

All Units have WIFI, flat screen TV's and cable. New for 2022 we have added smart TV's in the bedrooms (Cable TV in Living Rooms).


 On site coin operated laundry, private porches and street parking available.
